Meridiana was established in 1999 with the objective of accumulating and holding property. In 2003, it began realizing real estate operations, not only in its own interest, but also in the interest of outside investors.

Meridiana is focused on searching for new investment opportunities both in disinvestments of large companies and in property portfolios of banking entities. Meridiana offers investment services, real estate consultancy and specializes in complex operations such as those which have to be purged before sale; jointly-owned property, impounded estate, outstanding mortgages or other situations which need to be rectified urgently in order to avoid an auction.
